Beginning of Summer 2014
I just finished my last semester at SLCC, and I finished with a
3.77
you can say I was pretty dang happy about it!
Now that I am into my summer break I hope I will get
better at keeping up with my blogging.
Shad and I have been married for almost 10 months now,
it went by crazy fast! We both are
working full time, so are days mainly
revolve around working.
Recently though we decided to add another puppy to the family.
Her name is Ava, she is a German Shorthaired Pointer.
Shad has wanted to start taking up hunting, and wanted
a little bigger dog then Beckarmen,
our Australian Shepard.
We researched all kinds of different breeds we could get,
and we narrowed it down to a few. We would
look on KSL all the time to see if we could
find one we wanted. One day we
both came across Ava's ad and we both
knew we wanted to go see them.
We got her on Shad's birthday May 1st.
A lot of people think we are crazy,
but we know what we are doing. I call Shad
"The dog Whisperer"
Also a lot of people were worried about how
Beckarmen would handle it.
He was actually the other factor of us
wanting another dog, we wanted him to be
able to have someone to play with.
They play really well together, he sometimes
gets a little to much for her, since she is still so young.
Most of the time lately she fights back.
We are getting so excited for the warm weather. Shad
has lots of hikes and camping he wants to do.
I am a little nervous for the camping since I am
not to experienced with it. I am excited for new
adventures with my little family!
